Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These conditions regulate the interaction between Renzarix and any individual or entity that submits a booking request or purchases private jet charter services through our website or office. By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, or completing a charter reservation, passengers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

If a passenger does not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with a booking. Renzarix operates in accordance with the laws of Singapore and is committed to maintaining clear, open, and accurate communication regarding its travel services.

2. Company Information

3. Booking Requests and Reservation Holds

Passengers may submit charter requests through our website. Upon receiving a booking request, Renzarix may place the requested aircraft or seat allocation on temporary hold for up to 48 hours. This temporary reservation period allows passengers to complete the required booking formalities. A reservation is not considered finalized until full payment has been received and acknowledged by Renzarix. If full payment is not completed within the 48-hour reservation period, the reservation will automatically expire and the aircraft availability may be released without further notice.

4. Payment Requirements

To finalize a booking, passengers must visit our registered office located at Griffin Commercial, 10 Anson Road, #10-11 International Plaza, Singapore 079903. Full payment must be made in cash within the 48-hour reservation period. Renzarix does not currently accept online payments, installment payments, or partial payments. Bookings are effective only after full payment has been received and finalized.

5. Flight Information and Departure Requirements

Specific flight details, including departure location and travel instructions, will be provided after payment confirmation. Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated departure facility at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive within the required timeframe may result in classification as a no-show. No-show bookings are seen as cancellations on the day of travel and are not eligible for refunds beyond the provisions outlined in these terms.

6. Passenger Identification Requirements

All passengers must carry valid government-issued identification on the day of travel. Acceptable identification may include a National Registration Identity Card, government-issued identification card, a valid passport, or required travel visas and entry documentation. The passenger’s name on the booking must match the identification document presented during checking. Passengers who fail to provide valid identification may be denied boarding. In such cases, the booking will be finalized as a passenger cancellation and standard cancellation terms will apply.

7. Cancellations by Passengers

Passengers may cancel a booking by submitting a written request to jet@renzarix.com. The cancellation time will be determined by the timestamp on the email request.

  • Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before Departure: Passengers will receive a refund equal to the amount paid.
  • Cancellation on the Day of Travel: A 50% operational charge will apply. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the payment will be refunded.

8. Refund Processing

Following approval of a refund request, passengers may be asked to provide relevant banking information for refund processing. Renzarix will initiate the refund process within 24 hours after receiving the required banking information. Bank processing times vary and remain outside the control of Renzarix. Refunds may require up to 7 business days to appear in the passenger's account, depending on the policies of the receiving banking organization.

9. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave appropriately toward flight crew members, ground personnel, and fellow passengers. Renzarix maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal activities, threatening behavior, harassment, physical violence, actions that compromise flight operations, or actions that endanger passengers or crew. Renzarix reserves the right to deny boarding or remove passengers whose conduct presents operational, safety, or security concerns. Such actions may result in booking cancellation without entitlement to compensation.

10. Operational Disruptions

While Renzarix strives to operate flights according to schedule, delays or cancellations may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, air traffic restrictions, airport operational limitations, government directives, security requirements, or functional issues. Where a flight is cancelled by Renzarix due to operational requirements or safety factors, passengers may be offered either an alternative travel arrangement or a full refund of the amount paid. Renzarix is not responsible for additional personal expenses arising from such disruptions, including accommodation, meals, transportation, or other incidental costs.

11. Limitation of Liability

Renzarix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes any legal rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

12. Website Information

Renzarix makes efforts to ensure that information published on its website is accurate and current. Aircraft availability, flight schedules, charter options, and operational details may change without prior notice. Images, aircraft descriptions, and informational materials displayed on the website are intended for reference purposes only and may differ from the actual aircraft assigned to a charter.
